We, a subsidiary wholly owned by
Pulton Chain Co., Inc. Japan, manufactures slide rail in the
People's Republic of China.
We believe that the slide rails will certainly obtain users' satisfaction since the products are produced by young and fine engineers utilizing Japanese manufacturing and controlling technologies.
At this stage, in order to maintain the same quality level as Japanese products, we receive parts supply for the cold-formed rail materials, steel balls, metal retainers, etc. from Japan; however, we have plans to manufacture these supply parts step-by-step internally as well as purchasing domestic supply parts to reduce the manufacturing costs.
Hangzhou Pulton Slide Corporation: Corporation's history
Apr 2000
The Corporation was established with registered capital stock of
US $350,000 for the purpose of producing Slide Rails in China
with the technical guidance of Pulton Chain Co., Inc. (acquired
business license on April 7, 2000).
Aug 2000
Started production of the P500 series (starting of operations)
Jan 2001
The registered capital stock was increased to US$500,000 by
capital increase of US$150,000.
May 2001
Started production of the P400 series
Aug 2001
Acquired ISO9001: 2000 approval

Production system
At the present time, in order to assure the same quality as the Japanese quality level, the corporation receives Japanese-made purchasing parts such as formed rails, metal retainers, and steel balls from Pulton Chain Co., Inc. and processes pressing, assembling, and zinc plating operations in China. In order to reduce production costs, the corporation intends to produce the supplied parts in its own facilities step by step and promote the purchase of Chinese-made parts.
Pulton Chain Co., Inc. will promote the manufacture of Japanese-made supply parts in its own facilities by taking advantage of capital increases in
January 2002.
