Pulling 1-ton: This represents the pulling strength of a bicycle chain. Pulton Chain Co., Inc. was established in 1927 to produce bicycle chains as main products. The company has been producing high-quality bicycle chains taking the spirit of "Pulton" into the trademark of the products.
This spirit has never changed to date. We have been producing transmitting chains and conveyor chains passing on the spirit of the business foundation continuously up to the present time.
In 1978, the company started the production of Slide Rails by using chain manufacturing technologies efficiently. Due to the fact that the Slide Rail has a wide range of applications for linear moving parts such as in office equipment, today, the product has grown to be the vital item of our main products.
Pulton Chain Co., Inc.'s intention is to successfully compete in the 21st Century's business environment with these two products as powerful business pillars.
Established "Shoeisha Seisakusho" in Kameido, Koto-ku, Tokyo.

The company renamed to "Shoeisha Seisakusho Limited Partnership Co." (Capital: 195,000 yen)

Moved to Niihori 629, Kawaguchi-shi, Saitama.
1951
Awarded the Ministry of International Trade and Industry's prize for the best quality bicycle chains at the 1st examination of the bicycle performance comparison sponsored by MITI.
1955
Received permission as a JIS display permitted plant.
1956
Reorganized to a stock corporation and renamed to "Shoeisha Seisakusho Co., Ltd."
1963
Renamed the company name to "Pulton Chain Co., Inc."
1965
Founded the 2nd plant (1,423 m2) in Higashi Hongo, Kawaguchi-shi.
1978
Expanded the 2nd plant and started the production of
Slide Rails.
1988
Moved the 2nd plant to Kazo-shi as the Tone Plant (18,914 sq.m) and started an integrated production of chains.
Remodeled Kawaguchi Plant and started an integrated production of
Slide Rails.
2000
Established a limited partnership company "(Sino-Japan) Hangzhou Pulton Slide Corporation, Ltd." in Hangzhou-city, Zhejiang-province, China and started the production of
Slide Rails.

Obtained approvals for ISO9001: 2000 in Hangzhou Pulton Slide Corporation, Ltd.
2002
ISO9001: 2000 accredited to Pulton Chain Co.Inc, Chain Division

Hangzhou Pulton Slide Corporation, Ltd 100% owned by Pulton Chain Con, inc.

Moved to a new factory having 2.5 times larger
building in Yuhang Hangzhou
for establishing the system of increased
